Breakfast : capati (1 pcs), nasi lemak 60cent (1 packet), teh tarik
Lunch : bawal in sweet sour, fried veggie (broccoli, carrot, kacang buncis, fishball)...
Teabreak : Banana n sweet potato fritters
Dinner : Ayam goreng McD ( 2 pcs), nugget (4 pcs), minute maid (regular)
Water : ~1.5L
Exercise : gardening for half an hour....at home wit lil girl...
Total calories worked : How to calculate?? hihiii..

Intan, Kak Aishah pun tengah gigih berdiet ni. Kak Aishah buat ikut website ni, tapi tak ikut betul-betulla sebab kadang-kadang tipu jugak terambik kabo

Baca Bab 1 dulu. Tengok gambar budak ni mesti terus gigih nak diet. Awal dulu Kak Aishah gigih buat 2 minggu turun 3kg. Sekarang tak segigih dulu...hehehehehehe tapi bolehla turun skit2.
dah bukak website ituh....wahhh, die ikot atkins diet....mmg strict gila diet tuh....tp intan hanya buang carbs, tp fishball, daging burger, buah suma dok mkn lg....oo, patutla susah benor nk turun....br stengah kilo ja ni...huhuhu...
mari kita sama2 berusaha...chaiyukk!!
